Our mission is to empower people from underrepresented and marginalized communities, including but not limited to young people, BIPOC, women, and LGBTQ+ identifying persons, who want to run for office, work on campaigns, and organize in their communities and across the state. We achieve this through identifying, recruiting, and training individuals and providing them with the resources needed to create a new generation of civic leaders on the local, state, and federal level in Connecticut.
